Contacted James as one of a few different companies in the area for a soft wash roof cleaning. Pricing was on par with a few other companies, however his reviews were much higher so I sent him an email. James responded almost immediately and within a few days he was on site. He took extra care to keep plants and grass safe, even moving some items out of the way that would have otherwise been damaged. I’ve had my roof cleaned 4-5 times over the last 8 years and he’s been the only person who hasn’t killed my landscaping. This alone should tell you something about his attention to detail. I had originally scheduled with a different company, but they had an equipment breakdown. Zero Pressure was actually $100 cheaper. He had great communication, keeping me updated on the schedule. I didn't really think my roof was dirty, but the HOA sent me a notice. Boy was I wrong, it looks so much better now! A recent review of the job that Sapphire Cove/Baywinds Community from Terri, saying that the HOA informed the residents that the work being performed by Zero Pressure Roof Cleaning was to be completed in a couple of days is 100% not true. The HOA sent a notification to all residents that the work would take approximately two weeks, which is right on schedule. Zero Roof Cleaning has done a wonderful job, and we look forward to having them back! The President of Baywinds even took their phone number so he could contact them to quote on another community in Baywinds.

Blown away with these guys work ethics, they covered all shrubbery exposed grass and plants , air conditioner outside unit. The end results speak for themselves, roof that looked like it was never cleaned, the roof looked from gray to black shades. Now looks amazingly white!! Looking for a cooler summer too as this helps keep house cooler and reject the heat by reflecting it away from the house. We have used several pressure washing services in the past but none of them compare to Zero Pressure Roof cleaning. One call and I was able to get an appointment on the date I desired. Haven’t had a roof cleaning done since I bought the house 5 years ago. Needed to get all the grime and small plant lungs growing off the roof. Zero pressure cleaning was amazing. Set an appointment up available in about a week and a half since it wasn’t an emergency. They came on time and even though it was a bit chilly, got my roof looking new again.

Zero Pressure cleaned my very dirty asphalt shingle roof recently. The two men that did the job were courteous and efficient, completing the job in under an hour. They also cleaned the front of the gutters.... which was a very pleasant surprise. Like so many others have said in their reviews, my (17 year old) roof truly looks like new again. The cost was more than fair and I fully recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with quality of work and the price was reasonable. I called on Thursday and they were at my house on Monday. My tile were really dirty and they completed the job in 1 hour. Definitely recommend.

After he left, I had an issue with the gutter that was leaking drop by drop. James came again washed out the gutter and showed me picture that it was not sealed.
